Trying to download a game getting only 100 kilobytes-8 megabytes compared to 30mbs and sometimes it just says 0 bytes per second. However epic doesn’t have any of these problems and I literally just installed steam on this device, what is happening?

All I had to do was clear download cache, that was the issue

I have cleared download cache, changed the location region (even though it was my local region), then changed it back. My internet is not an issue. It''s steam. It says that it will download any game with the speed of up to 325 kb/s while my speed (i have checked) is 90 mb/s !! The internet connection, routers and yada yada is not an issue. I believe it is steam. When it takes you 2 days to download 70gb it is ridicilous. My only option left is to delete steam (after I back it up), then to reinstall it/
