Russian forces have ‘obliterated’ Ukrainian port city of Mariupol

Sky News host Chris Kenny says Ukrainian forces and everyday citizens continue to put up a fight, and are “resisting Russia’s advance”.

“As Russian diplomats dare to invoke the possibility of using nuclear weapons, Russian forces have obliterated Ukraine's port city of Mariupol,” Mr Kenny said.

“NATO estimates up to 15,000 Russian troops have been killed in the past month.

“By way of comparison, Russia lost the same number of troops over ten years in Afghanistan.”

Russian troops are not advancing but besieging 75% of Ukrainian troops in many pocket eastern Ukraine like they did to Germans at Stalingrad in 1942 and its only the matter of time before Ukrainian resistance collapse, in mariopol they have reduced Azov battalion from 20, 000 to 6000 from there the rest of Ukraine is open country.
