Whirlpool Microwave not heating

Diagnosing a Microwave that won't heat and is making a Loud Humming and Buzzing Noise when it's started.

My whirlpool made that noise in the past, but i didn't know that was an issue. Mines keeps repeat asking me to push start, but it's not starting
