China should teach EU the hard way, why EU didn't say anything about Russia anti-dumping of their gas and oil into EU.

EU is like a kid who pokes its finger into a fire to test if it is hot...without thinking

China can play the same game other countries can, and aren't afraid, because they have their own trump cards.

China slaps down European arrogance. Brandy is big business in China. This will hurt.

The EU is really stupid. It has no reason to make enemies of China. Sure, China could be a strong competitor to German automotive industries, but German superiority is well established. It just needs a little bit more effort to compete with China. The boycott of high-speed railway wheels, for example, is the stupidest action. Germany and China can achieve very good mutual benefits if Germany could be more sensible. The problem with the EU is that there are strong Neocons politicians with various personal motives in their governments.

The United States and EU should realize that trade sanctions work both ways.

Nobody needs a European drink. Could you just ban it?

What the US and its allies can do, China can also do.

China has the ability to ban all import of European wines and liquor, which will kill the industry! 😂😂😂

French wines are over-rated and over-priced anyway.

US n EU never complain about the cheap China household products that improve their living standard in the first 30 years. Now China has switched to high value goods production which are the domain of West economic growth.

The West has resorted to tariffs, trade curbs and sanctions etc to deny China’s entitlement to free trade under WTO regulations. It is unable to compete with China and finds its industry at risk of being driven out of business by China. However, trade practices are a game which can be played by both sides. China has survived many a trade obstacle with growing self reliance. The same cannot be said of the West, particularly EU at risk of a prolonged economic deterioration.

The West is in need of hard nose leaders who subscribed to a shared world for peace and prosperity.

EU boycott Xinjiang cotton . See what happened. Most European department store end up losing money n reduce their stores . Chinas cotton is not even enough to supply their own market . Next step China can sanction European luxury goods . That will really hurt .

I mean, the Chinese market alone can support their EV industry, not to mentioned they export to the rest of the World so much that they are now the #1 auto exporter. Now I hope the French can drink all the wine that the Chinese aren't buying.

The French should look at what happened to the AUSTRALIAN wine industry when China imposed retaliation for Australian sanctions on Huawei...Covid etc...

China will have to make an example of one of those companies before it is taken seriously...
