Are we predestined to bad/good works? Foreknowledge & Predestination.
In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit; One God, Amen.
People usually ask the question: if God knows already what I am going to do ( I am predestined to do them), then why does He judge me on these things? Or if he knows what I am going to pray about then why do I need to pray it?
These questions assume that since God foreknows that I will do x or y that I have no choice but to do them. And if I don’t have a choice, where is my free will and why do I need to go through the motions if things will happen eventually as they are planned by God?
