54% of the workforce need upskilling and reskilling

Speaking at ETHRWorld Future Skills Virtual Conference held on 24th July 2020, Venguswamy Ramaswamy - Global Head, TCS iON, said, "More than half of our workforce in our corporates today require significant amount of upskilling and reskilling to be relevant to our customers. More than 80% of the business leaders are saying that our business functions called learning and development require significant reimagination and innovation to be effective in their organisations."
