We are the future, and we will prefer a health work culture, not a toxic one. With lack of jobs, we are treated like garbage. Talk about that.

She is so wrong. I am a genz and one of my friend is called arrogant bcoz she demanded more salary for the extra hours she worked. Her manager is literally a shakuni who is highly manipulative. People like him needs to bevtaught a lesson so gen z are required.

I think gen Z is made with a different kind of attitude for good reasons. We need to have workplaces that suit their attitude. Regardless of what we think, world existed before industrial age and will survive beyond this time.

Employers showed their ugliest sides already. Why should they expect loyalty from employees?

Unless companies align with their values, gen Z doesn’t align with employers. It is only fair to think like them.

Maybe this is time to think more humanly to lead gen Z and beyond.
