Interesting. On wet on wet I don't make Ross style pines, but like this. I add black for a darker shadow, yellow green pthalo, midtones are sap green, bit of Prussian blue.

Couldn't think of a 4th? What about Aspen? Weeping Willows? Apple trees with plump, red apples? Oaks. Fern trees and palms. Redwoods. Trees covered in Spanish Moss. Trees covered in Kudzu? Mimosa trees! Cherry trees!

These trees all have a distinctive look to them.
