Hello friends, sharing a Instant dosa recipe which can be prepared in just 5 minutes and need no soaking of rice, no fermentation. Without Soda or eno , this batter is really quick to prepare. Also serve this crispy soda with healthy and Instant Chutney. Check out the written recipe below:

Ingredients:-
Rice Flour-1 cup
Onion-1 medium size
Green Chilli-1-2
Grated Carrot-1 medium size
Cumin Seeds-1 tsp
Curry Leaves-6-7
Salt-to taste
Red chilli powder - to taste
Asfoetida - a pinch
Coriander Leaves
For Chutney:-
Roasted Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Roasted Sesame Seeds-1/4 cup
Dry Coconut-1/4 cup
Garlic Cloves-4-5
Green Chilli-1-2
Lemon Juice-2-3 tbsp
Salt-to taste
Method:
1. Prepare a thin batter with all ingredients and rest for 5 min.
2. Grind smooth fine chutney in mixer grinder using all ingredients.
3. Prepare dosa on hot non-stick pan. Cook until crispy from both sides.
4. Serve hot with chutney.
