I know you made this video awhile ago. However, I just came across it and made my first jar of raspberry powder. My kids put it in their oatmeal with fresh bananas and it was tasty. Going to look for your pineapple video. 😊 thank you also for always mentioning the estimated measurements to use when cooking it helps huge

Hi Darcy, I dried my very first thing ever, a few weeks ago. I discovered that the flowers from the Rose of Sharon plant makes a nice tea. My plants were blooming so I decided to try drying them. I used my oven, which is convection. It did a great job! Now I'm hooked! I found an old Ronco 4 tray dehydrator, never used, still in the box, at a thrift store. So, last weekend I dried parsnips and beets in it. It took forever! The Ronco doesn't have a fan. It has radiant heat. I then bought a 8 tray Nesco. It arrived yesterday. I was researching how and what to dry, when I randomly came across your channel. Boy, Am I glad I did!! You are so very warm and friendly! Just a really sweet lady!!! The way you present the process you are teaching is so easy to understand. You obviously have a lot of experience and knowledge, I'm greatful that you are sharing it with us!!!

A college professor who juiced back in the 1985 spoke on the benefits of juicing and the nutrition that was in each seed. I always blend my seeds all the way to powder to get that in my system. Just food for thought. Love your videos and thanks for sharing your world with us.

Thanks for instructions. I will make this. Got to get the berries. It will be delicious! When I was a kid we would pick raspberries and eat them on ice cream. Yum!

Ive found this to be quite informative i to like you love making powders then mix 'n' match them ie turn dried mint into powder and put a teeny tiny bit in with powdered raspberry to later add to various recipes or dried strawberries and add a tiny bit of drled basil theres many different sometimes tasty sometimes horrid combos that we can make to pep up other bland foods or salads etc

Great idea! Thanks so much for sharing! I want to dehydrate more of my produce but figuring out what to do with it always trips me up. I love the ideas you shared here with yogurt, waffles, oatmeal...I thinking I can add it to cookie dough, breads, smoothies...anything else?

Just found your videos. This is terrific. I usually pick a month-long harvest in July of organic Latham raspberries. I didn't know you could dehydrate them. I figured they would be too seedy. This is so fun! Thanx so much. I have dehydrated pineapple before. Are you going to powder it too? Many blessings.
