I used to snake logs out of the woods with my dad, uncles and grandfather 35 years ago, also used mules to plow our gardens and tobacco fields when I was young. Grandpa also had an old wagon we rode in around the neighborhood on Sundays. Great memories!!!

We also put up fencing on our homestead but not as much as you have done LOL. We installed almost 700 feet of fencing using T-post and wire to keep the animals on the farm. Love the idea about planting Sun Hemp we have goats and I think that would make an awesome feed for them. Always two thumbs up!

Run your hemp talks thru a chipper/shredder ... Make composting faster ... I remember doing 1, 000 foot fence line with three strands of barbed ... Ran all 3 strands at the same time ...

Mangoes grow pretty well in South Florida. But the Florida climate can be rough to grow some things. I love roses, but at 74, I'm not out digging in the dirt to grow roses -- they're too much work. After having 4 spinal surgeries, I'm just not up to that anymore!
