This relationship with Aunt May was closest to the comic books. Old looking like this and Peter always rushing to the hospital after all kinds of weird attacks by super villains . The other cinematic universes reinvented her but this is exactly it. Toby's spiderman movies were just spot on with almost everything.

Norman was crazy, but he was 100% right about MJ here. Ya'll MJ defenders seem to conveniently forget that she literally cheated on Harry RIGHT BEFORE this scene when she made out with Spiderman in the rain ON THE WAY to a date with Harry.

A few scenes before that, MJ turned away when Harry tried to kiss her. She clearly never loved him, but dated him anyway. Why? She's either a gold-digger or using Harry to get to Peter. Either way, Norman was right about MJ using his son for her own benefits.
