A Hello-world Example of Parallel Computing Using RPC (Part 1)

Part 1 of a simple example demonstrating how to use rpcgen to generate templates of an RPC application and how to use SDL threads and 3 servers to perform parallel computing. The barrier problem paradigm is used to synchronize the threads.
