Genuine connection, people to invest emotionally (laugh, sad), if you want to tell the truth, make them laugh, or they will kill you. Make them laugh, make them feel safe. One message that your speech gonna solve. Less is more. Speak less, let them think more, one message. Conversation vs performance... Is not about looking good, is about being Real. Exchanging human value. Speak with simplicity, and let people felt.

This video sounds distorted on smartphones, but is audible on devices with large speakers like a personal computer. It's still bad, as it feels like it's sharply hitting your eardrums with pins, but at least you can hear the speaker. I hope TEDx will re-upload a new video with the proper audio.
