Mid 60's male here. I've been working out with kettle bells for about 2 years. Started with swings, and added other exercises, along with different weights.

Today, (afternoon workout) I did 2 sets of back exercises, then 25 swings. "Rest" on the stationary bike, then repeat for 4 sets. For me, the kettle bell serves as HIIT training too.

Each morning, I do 10 minutes of 1 handed kettle bell exercises. Except the halo is 2 handed. This gets my day off to a solid start, and 1 handed moves helps with balance.

On chest day, I'll also alternate with swings. Bad knees won't allow me to do squats or heavy leg days. Kettle bell swings do most of that anyway. Also don't do traditional cardio, as kettle bell workouts cover that.

Although I agree with almost all of this video, many of the examples are done wrong. The kettlebell swing is a hinge exercise not a squat exerrcise. You should bend at athe waist and contact the arms against the uppse thighs and then use the stap of the hips forward to propel the bell up If the bell goes below the knees, it is using the quads and arms to do the exercise.

I have switched from weights to Kettle bells will never go back so many excelent workouts with kettleweights more natural movement and better for my sport (martial arts)

That's true about the potential positive and efficient impact of kettlebell -- but many of the swings shown in this video were incorrect or even dangerous - especially to beginners.

Another great full body weight/cardio exercise is dumbell squats (dumbells down at the side)
It basically combines squats with deadlifts, great full body and huge heart rate
