I just drank this. Not sure why everyone keeps talking about the taste. It taste like a sweet and sour soda. Had no issues. Well, waiting for the magic to happen now

The trick is...drink it as fast as possible....I also hold my breath between gulps....followed by immediate chasers of cold water in the quantity prescribed. I also rinse my mouth out with mouthwash as needed and after finishing. Its OK once it gets down, but the flavor...OMG! This stuff hits me like a rock within a few minutes with little control. No time to move out of bathroom range.

Just got back from the ER with fever and high white count. My constipation is so bad that it mimicked kidney/bladder cancer. The radiologist said "moderate" constipation. The doctor then proceeded to tell us that they tend to underexaggerate and mine is pretty severe. Will update ya'll later. BTW this stuff is nasty.
Update: It's been 3 hours. I've had 3 very small and very forced bowel movements. Absolutely no relief. Mag citrate has always made me shit my brains out, so I have no idea whats going on.

After I gave birth to my daughter... They fed me breakfast, lunch and dinner every day for three days. That's not including all the late night turkey and ham sandwiches I ate.
I ate MUCH and I couldn't poop for the life of me and it hurt so bad. The Percocet they were giving me caused constipation and though I was happy that it took away the lingering pain, I was also unhappy that I couldn't poop.
Got home, mom told me to go buy a bottle of magnesium citrate.
Took a while for it to work, but once it hit me... lawwwd. It worked like a charm. Three almost four days of nonstop eating and no poops... It was one of those "don't go in there for a good 25-35 minutes" things."
Pro-Tip: Put it in tje fridge for a bit to get it nice and cold. It goes down easier that way. And the Lemon flavored is tje best one.
