Can't imagine what you guys must have been feeling. Kids are so innocent, they don't realize the danger they put themselves in. Praise God they are fine now! 💗

It’s important to tell your children about it and educate them on why medicine is not at a juice. Store in high places and monitor high spirited children who explore everything

Once my I left my 5 year old daughter in the bathroom for just a second while I grabbed clothes for her. I had left her asthma inhaler on the counter because it was a routine we did every night after bath she’d get her puff of inhaler - when I came back it was in her hand and she had almost 30 puffs missing from her inhaler. So I knew she puffed it but didn’t know how much of it she actually inhaled. She told me she was helping me. Ugh I was so scared. I called poison control who told me to call 911 and get her to the ER because it could cause a heart attack or lung problems. We spent 8 hours at the ER while they monitored her. She ended up fine so we think she sprayed the puffs but didn’t inhale much at all.
I learned a lot that day - A couple seconds can change your whole world! I’m thankful every day it didn’t end up differently! She’s now 17 and I couldn’t imagine my life without her!!!!

Praise to poison control workers. I had to call them myself when my son was a preschooler. We nicknamed him Houdini, because he could climb any cabinet and open virtually all of the child proof locks we installed. He was also the master of using distraction. When I needed to change his younger brother's diaper or prepare food in the kitchen. It happens so fast. I am glad to hear your sons are OK.

😰 Almost lost my daughter last year from Tylenol. It's lethal. She spent a week in the hospital fighting for her life. She had course after course of antidote, but her numbers kept climbing. Tylenol is more dangerous than most prescription meds: permanent paralysis, severe kidney damage, liver failure, death. Anyone with children shouldn't have Tylenol in the house, EVEN with a child safety cap. It's just not worth the risk.
My daughter lived, an absolute miracle. I'm SO grateful your boys are alright too. I was bawling when I watched this. I can't even put into word the empathy I feel for you. Thank God they're alright. So many others aren't.😓

Kids literally are the best at freaking their parents out! Glad they are ok. This is good info for parents.

When I was little, my dad always put all medications on the top shelf of his closet in an iron locked medical box. I never even saw medicine unless my parents brought it in a spoon to my face. It wasnt until I was 12 that they put medication in the bathroom. I'm 22 now and I plan on doing the same when I have my first kid.

My daughter got into my essential oils once, she was 2. I found her in my room and somehow she got it open. I smelled her breath and could smell it on her. I called poison control and luckily it was one that isn't toxic and I just had to make sure she drank a lot of water.

Glad the boys are ok. My now 35 yr old daughter when she was like 9 at a baseball game she was playing in. On a dare from the other players broke open the instant ice packs and drank some of the blue liquid that says to not ingest! They all fessed up right after she drank it. No one at that time carried cellphones. So I had to leave the field to call poison control at the fire station. We are extremely rural. They said have her drink milk right away. Our town did not have a store. But when I got to the game again someone’s grandmother had just grocery shopped and had milk. She was fine and now she is an emergency room charge nurse in a busy Hospital so we can laugh about it.

I know just what your going thru. When my daughter was 4 she drank an entire bottle of dimatape. She was unresponsive. Thank God that he was with her and heard my prayers and she pulled through.

Haven't watched it yet but thank you so much for choosing to share it...so many people are undercover judges and may question how they got access whilst disregarding that sometimes things happen ..when parents are brave enough to show the true ups and downs and mishaps in between it really helps and reminds a lot of other parents to be mindful Always.

wow praise God they are fine.... I can only guess how you two felt. I went through something like this when my oldest son now 55 was 2 years old and I was a mess with worry for him at the time.

YouTube family channels are unhinged, your children could have died and the first thought after that situation was to create cinematic content about it…
