5 million public school students are learning English as a second language, a challenge that can be especially hard for Latino students learning remotely amid the pandemic since more than 40 percent of Latino families don’t have a computer.

English isn't my first language I live in the United states and I have keep watching YouTube videos to improve my English language and my accent every day There are lot of owsome English teachers on the YouTube. So they can use this opportunity without paying any money

What these students will have to do is immersion. Listen to american music, not latin american. Watch american movies, not spanish. Same goes for any one struggling with language. Watch kid shows in the language you are trying to learn. Learn the way kids naturally learn.

Just train 5 million teacher as parents. Give them 4 computers per house, and pay them well.
