How to make a ComboBox (dropdown) in Excel without VBA

Find out how you can insert and use the combo box form control in Excel. This way you can easily insert a drop down box in Excel to add more interactivity to your Excel reports. Your Excel reports will also become more user-friendly. Just make sure you have the developer tab enabled by going to the ribbon options and putting a check mark for the developer tab.

Displaying in a Text Box: Insert a shape, add a text box, and use cell references to display the selected month both in the cell and in the text box.

Can you please make a video on dynamic vertical scroll bar in excel. Here dynamic means the list contents can be of any number of rows i.e it be of 10 rows, it can be of 10 rows also (dynamic row). It should be without VBA.

Hello, I am using a drop down box in my spreadsheet. I don't have a form that I fill out i just update the rows. The standard non-combo box dropdown works (sort of). I want the features of the combo box but i do not want to add 4000 instances of the combo box. Am I stuck with redesigning my data entry to use a form. That solution has many issues I do not know how to solve such as data entry error correction and sometimes all the data is not available on the day the data needs to be entered. etc... Is there a way the combo box can work like the data validation drop down. I want to auto fill once i start typing and more than 8 choices would be great because I have about 200 products In my list.
