Clarification for the Games section of the video: GTA Liberty City Stories came out on PSP first then was ported to PS2.

As a huge fan of the PSP it makes me happy to see people still recommend them in 2022. I still own my original Piano Black 1000 and God of War 2000 versions. They were WAY ahead of their time.

The psp had so much potential and the graphics for its time was insane. This could’ve been a game changer. But I hate how Sony just gave up on it. Imagine using it with the ps5 now if it was updated.

It's hands down the most impressive Christmas present I ever had as a kid, it felt futuristic to me when I got it, and was a source of many happy gaming memories.

I remember being 5-9 years old and I took my PSP everywhere with me. I loved it so much. I had a Nintendo DS and a Game Boy Advance. I wish i could climb through a window and go back in time to this era one last time.

The PSP was such a monumental step forward in gaming its almost hard to believe it was released that far back.

Growing up as a kid my parents really starved me off any of this stuff. Watching my classmates play with their is about the first time the little me learnt what is envy. Now in 2022, twenty years later, I finally had my own. And wow the excitement did not fade.

When the first PSP came out I could not believe how amazing it was. Such a small device can hold so much data. Graphics were amazing, add music, videos, themes, internet and battle other PSP users. I am still mad at them for not supporting the VITA better.

The PSP was definitely the most fun I've ever had with any console. The homebrew scene during the 1.5-2.8 era was absolutely mind blowing. I bricked mine in the early days of custom firmware but then the pandora's battery/magic stick exploit was released a couple years later and brought it back from the dead. I still have that battery and memory stick with me today.

I grew up dirt poor but managed to get a PSP. That thing literally lifted me out of some dark times man. I didn’t have a phone, computer, etc. but I had my PSP and that was a big deal.

Even with all the modern emulation handhelds coming out recently, I still think the PSP Go is the ultimate handheld for emulation.
Not only can it do anything from GBA and older, but it runs PS1 games natively and you get the whole catalog of PSP games.
It has a gorgeous screen even today, the buttons are just perfect in my opinion, and the analog stick is a pretty nice too.
And the PSP Go is so perfectly portable. About the size of a smartphone with a case on it.

I loved my psp to death while growing up. Not only did you have the psps awesome library, but it could emulate older console's as well. That's why I'm excited for the Steam deck. It won't fit in your pocket, but it will have by far the largest gaming library on a portable device. I hope they make smaller variants in the future. :)

That psp was AMAZING for its time. Most People didn’t even know all the stuff it could do. Remote play was so under reported on. With the ps eye on my os3 I could look into my living room while at work.

When the pandemic hit, handhelds were something I became interested in. I picked up a PSP Go and I love it. Small, pocketable, and a pretty cool form-factor. And with homebrew, you could play even more games from different systems. Definitely one of my favorites and I’m so glad people are talking about it

Ive been playing games on my psp for well over 10 years now without any problems and it still is a lot of fun. Im very grateful for keeping it as it gives me a strong sense of nostalgia everytime i turn it on. My favorite games which i recommend you to look for are GTA vice city stories and liberty city stories, Assassin's creed bloodlines, God of War Chains of Olympus, Flatout, Tekken 6, Manhunt 2, SSX On tour and theres probably much more i forgot to mention and some i never got chance to play. If you can find a psp in a good condition you should definetly go for it and buy one.

Honestly when I was younger the PSP was the best thing i owned. I successfully homebrewed it and was able to download the game ISO files and was playing some Monster Hunter with some friends. I loved the wireless co-op gaming. Really was ahead of its time. Today Android phones can do the same thing + more but they just dont have the ergonomics of the PSP

I regret selling my PSP 1000 back in 2014 to 2015. I didn't care about the library till years later, I started looking into the library and realized theres more games that I have never tried. Such an amazing handheld back then ; still is.

As a PSP lover, I can confirm that this is one of the channels that actually has sense. I have a PSP 3000, and it is one of the finest gadgets for its generation. I still play on it today.

I just bought my first PSP a few weeks ago. I got lucky and found a used one for only 25$, and even luckier, it turned out that it was modded and had a pre-installed library of hundreds of classic NES and Gameboy Advance Games.
