I had looked at several sites to find out for sure whether or not it could be used as a blower. You are the first one to address that topic. Thank you for that. Plus, you were pleasant to listen to.

Empty the canister, don't just clean the filter. That's how shop vacs all work. The inner filter isn't a wet filter. Liquids and dense solids separate using gravity and fall to the bottom of the canister.

I am getting water coming out of the blower hole, when using as a wet vac. Any idea?

new here just looking for a small vehicle vacc thats powerful. I have the BAUER brand battery powered one, its smaller in size and decent right but I want one that plugs into a wall now. I plan on vehicle dwelling so ill need it in my vehicle.

Also I was thinking you also can beat that filter inside of a trash can so you won't have to clean up the mess AGAIN outiside lol .. If I was handling this inside I'd recommend the same tip ..

Could you use the blower function to clean off the dry filter instead?

You didn't show the emptying of the dirt or water. Especially the water.
