Recipe

Lime and raspberry tart

YOU GONNA NEED

400 g digestive biscuits
200 g melted butter
397 g condensed milk
50 ml milk
125 g greek yogurt
2 sheets gelatine
2 limes
60 g raspberries
2 tbsp sugar

HOW TO

Crush the digestive biscuits in a blender, melt the butter and mix together. 
Press this mixture into a tart tin until it is nice and neat. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Whisk the condensed milk and the greek yogurt.. 
Zest the limes and juice them into the mixture.
Warm the milk and dissolve the gelatin, add to the mix. 
Pour the mix into the base.
Refrigerante while you prepare the raspberry swirl. 

Mix the raspberries and the sugar in a blender.
Sift and keep the liquid.
Take the tart from the fridge, drop some lines with the raspberry mix and swirl the filling with a toothpick. 

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
