Love that movie. My wife and I were extras. My police cafeteria scene was cut, but I got to see the Coens and William Macy noodling around all morning. My wife was in the dinner theater scene. After they were done, she put a dime in a pay phone to call home, but no dial tone. "It's a prop, " says someone behind her. It was Ethan Coen.

There is a shocking lack of Coen’s titles on this format, so it’s good to see this title finally getting its dues.

It’s not a “cult” classic. That implies it wasn’t a huge hit out of the gate, which is totally was. It’s simply a classic. Glad to hear it’s a slam dunk and can’t wait to get mine.

Almost all of the bonus features, including the commentary with Roger Deakins, are on my current BluRay copy so I'm a little disappointed with the lack of new special features from the folks at SHOUT but still a must buy for me.

I watched Fargo in the Cinema back in 2021 in 4K and it looked absolutely stunning. I can only imagine how perfect this 4K disc looks. Fargo will forever keep its place in my top 5 favorite movies of all-time!!
