How does this compare to the 2014 remastered blu-ray from MGM? Is the 4K worth double dipping on?

Adam, hope you can do a 4k review of Blood Simple in couple months after release, comparing it to the current Criterion hd blu-ray. I have the blu-ray from Criterion and think it looks fantastic already and hate idea of double dipping, but who knows. I also have the blu-ray hd of Fargo and think it looks okay, but your review here might make me do the double dip.

I have the movie on DVD and it is an awesome movie. According to the DVD that I have it is based on true events. I would like to get it on Blu-ray. I do not have the equipment to watch 4K UHD movies, although I do have a VIZIO 55 inch TV with a Yamaha 7.2 receiver and for audio I have a Klipsch 7.1 speaker system

I can’t wait when GameFly going to send this movie in 4k. I am a cheap azz I rent my movies on GameFly. And I always wait for the steel book edition if they will come out with one. :-/ I am a big sucker for steel books!
