Fluency Triggers Speech: Learn English As A First Language To Speak Fluently

Most language students believe that speech triggers fluency. So the more you speak, the faster you get fluent. But this isn't true, since many people try to speak for years, yet don't become more confident and fluent. The truth is that fluency is built through understanding as you destroy doubts you have about a language. As doubt is destroyed, confidence and fluency develop automatically. Hello Hiro from Japan. I have a question. In order to have that "Aha moment, " we need to prepare for that moment like going going over some words or expressions on a daily basis.
I check some basic expressions daily and try to have them in sight whenever I happen to see them like in the movies or in the lyrics of music. Do you think I am on a right way for "Aha moment "?
