If we got past KC for once, no. Being 0-3 against KC in the post and us losing in the divisional at home back to back years certainly doesn’t help.

not even a question. McDermott has reached his ceiling. He is not a coach that can get over the hump. Every team that beat KC needed 21 points. Every time Josh got off the field, they were tied or winning or setup to tie. They're wasting JA's prime. Bills need to get serious or they're just the Cowboys happy with mediocrity. Unfortunately, nothing will change. Fake punt?! WTH!!

The Bills have not had a defensive coordinator all year. Frazier took a step back in the off season and McDermott has been calling the defense.

It’s time to let him go, he brought culture to Buffalo, however we have reached our ceiling with McDermott at the wheel. Time after time in late game situations the wheels come off and the offense or defense falls apart. KC is going to be in the mix for a long time we just need a better tactical mind to to deal with them

No but I would fire their strength and conditioning coaches tonight. How are we supposed to compete when we routinely cannot keep our best players on the field?

Ultimately I say yes however it's not because he's not a good coach but because of the tightness in tight games the 13 seconds thing is following his team. I don't wanna look back wondering what could've been with allen get belichick or some offensive guru.

Fire him only if you can get Bellicheck or Harbaugh

Absolutely it should be considered. We're 0-3 against the Chiefs and we've lost the divisional on our home field two years in a row. Allen is 28 years old, and he's not getting any younger, pretty soon you're going to lose some of his dual threat running game, which is what makes him special to begin with. This was a year without Joe Burrow in the AFC playoffs as well. If you couldn't beat the Chiefs now, when are you going to be able to? When Andy Reid retires? When Kelce retires?

Even if Bass makes the field goal, Mahomes would have nearly 2 minutes and 2 timeouts to go score, and he had been scoring in 5 or 6 play drives all night long. The Bills were allowing nearly 10 yards per play. This is the worst defensive performance I've seen from Buffalo in years. Guys looked lost, I saw blown coverages, I saw guys not showing any real effort at chasing guys down. The D Line got out physicaled massively. Mahomes just literally JOGGING down the sideline for like 30 yards on a scramble, no one around to tackle him. The defense was outschemed and outplayed BADLY.

I know the injuries play a role, but this game was winnable from start to finish. All they needed was to force ONE punt while they had a lead. Give Josh Allen the opportunity to go down and make it a two possession game. They could never do it. Unacceptable. I would've rather the Bills got blown out, because then it'd force the front office into action and to start making some changes. I do NOT want to see this organization continue settling for underachievement while they have a talent like Josh Allen at QB.

No: It's because the Bills ownership and market isn't Philly, LA or Dallas.
Your ownership and fan base has passion similar to the Packers
Expectations are "fluid" and the Head coach will not be held accountable or fired for underperforming like they are under different ownership cultures in other cities.

Also: Having a good cold weather kicker is mandatory

I love Sean McDermott he's done amazing things here in buffalo a bills legend but we've seen his ceiling as a HC we need the bills have to do something to salvage Allens prime

Typically I would say hell no keep him. BUT Jim Harbaugh is out there. Look at his recent stay in the NFL with the 9ers . Look at what he did with Kap, Josh is bigger and better. Jims system is Taylor made for Josh . They have some good defensive players in place. Jessie mentor will likely come with him. He’s basically running the modern ( post wink ) ravens defense

Plot twist: Bills fire McDermott and hire Darth Belichik.

might as well take a gamble on belichick or harbaugh if you're buffalo.

Ceiling was reached with McDermott two years ago. The fallacy that the Buffalo Bills are a "Defense First" team is laughable. Do you bring Sean back to further wallow in playoff mediocrity or do you do the right thing by jettisoning McDermott and handing the reigns to Joe Brady. This teams identity is on offense. The defense is only consistent at FAILING in the post season, and who runs the defense? Sean McDermott.

Fire Sean, cut Diggs Davis Miller, hire Harbaugh, pay the oline, draft WR and CB
