He can read body movements and quickly predict attacks, see through magical illusions, is basically omniscient when he is asleep, and can shoot solar beams. He is approaching Omega Level in terms of power. And in regards to the non-passing mutant thing, since he lives on Krakoa now, that doesn’t matter

Ignoring the fact that:
- he figured out that his powers give him perfect aim, making him a Bullseye-level shot.
- his powers make him the perfect CS-Investigator and mobile laboratory, which he proved as a member of the Krakoan X-Factor team
- he figured out he can use his powers to emit all the different radiation he's perceiving as an offensive blast
