You can pick up avocado oil at TJs, Marshall's, and Home Goods that are made in other countries where they don't use the bad oils and won't mix them in

My avocado oil is a product Mexico also dont go for the cheaper stuff its cheaper for this reason you get what you pay for, also you can make your own its pretty easy

You need to eat your local foods. Avacado has not been in history of our ancestors from all over the world. It takes 5000 years to digest and get the most out of nutritions of a new introduced food to you diet. I dont know why you dont talk about that in any of your videos! 😔

Good luck finding a quality avocado oil almost all are cut with other oils

Good quality olive oil, butter, ghee, coconut oil, lard, beef fat and...yes...palm oil
