make BOBA using rice paper! recipe

If you're desperate for boba then rice paper is a good replacements right?? I hope so...

Ingredients:
-6 pieces of rice paper
-1/3 cup dark brown sugar (I used red sugar AKA muscovado)
-1/2 cup water
-milk of choice
