the feet placement at 3:55 is a super intelligent play. Right leg has their right leg elevated, and the sole of the left foot 'palming' their right leg shuts down their ability to rotate. Most people would just go a conventional belly down mount or take the back, but this alternative foot position really forces the guy on bottom to stay stuck face down.

having bought craigs power pins instructional, its great an useful to see him use those techniques here in live rolling. recognising the turk, claw, shelving the legs an other concepts proper help for me to learn them i think. great video, even better when i can recognise the stuff iv seen rather than just guessing. great stuff
