Artist Rodrigo Braga caused great confusion and controversy after showing images in which he allegedly underwent "surgery" on his face to look like a dog. But the truth behind this aberrant act is that Braga is a visual artist from Brazil, and this "operation" was part of a work that he called "Fantasía de compensação" (Fantasy of compensation), which was carried out in 2014, but the most important thing is that the head that appears in the photos of the operation is not actually Rodrigo's, but an exact replica made with silicone. However, the dog's face is real. The animal was euthanized for other reasons, surely related to his health, and then the head was donated to Braga, who used it to make his plastic work.
