As an audio engineer, I don’t believe it. There’s no other way to get that sound other than lisping. Also, I’ve used all Apple headphones (wired and wireless) on my iPad and never had this problem. There’s something wrong with Trump. He’s had a mini stroke, or he was high (he may not drink but it’s common knowledge he’s often on speed), or he’s just really, really old.

I don't buy it, Michael. I've got 27 years of broadcast experience and I've never heard an equipment glitch create that specific sound. Maybe you can convince me if you do a side-by-side comparison of an audio clip - one with the effect you describe, and one without. Until I hear that, I'm left to believe that Trump had a speaking issue.

Yes, but that is not necessarily true. A technical issue foe you does not mean he had a technical issue as well.

Trump has had issues speaming many times in other situations. So it is likely not a technical issue in this case, but more if the same.
