2) Yes, she is. At her new job, Claire feels needed, smart, and fun. The students love her. She has made friends with Anna. She finally has enough money to go out to dinner at a restaurant.
3) Claire is very happy for Sarah. But she's upset that no one (Jack :) is doing it for her.
4) No, I don't think so. Now Claire is resting, gaining new experience, reassessing her life. And this inner work requires outer peace

1) She's sitting on the roof of a shopping center and enjoying a marvelous view around her.
2)Yes, she is. Here in Europe she feels a lot happier and safer than in the US. She can afford to go to a restaurant that she has a good gob.
3)She is really happy for Sarah but she's also jealous because she wish someone would propose to her.
4)I think she just has such a character and it's comfortable for her to live this way.

1. Now Claire can afford to spend her time in pleasant places like that restaurant with a marvelous view on the hills.
2. In Europe she feels much safer and happier than she felt in her native city. She mostly is enjoying the changes in her life and her friendship with Anna. But Claire also thinks that she is living like an old lady now.
3. She is happy for Sarah but she is also jealous. She wishes someone would propose to her too. She wishes she were like Sarah.
4. I don't think that enjoying nice places or working at a lovely job is any like an old ladies' lifestyle.

Напомните по темам который мы проходили ранее: Когда мы говорим о том что раньше делали регулярно мы используем сочетание used to а если говорим о приобретении какой то привычки то прибавляем к этому сочетанию get ( get used to ) ?

2. Claire seems satisfied with the changes in her life : things are going much better for her, she has a good job, her students love her, she can afford a lot of things.
3. Claire feels happy for Sarah, though she is a bit jealous.
4. I don't agree that Claire is like an old lady, she is just a romantic person.

2 I think she exactly quite enjoing it! I would like to be in her place!
3 She is happy to her and also jealous a little bit or may be not little.
4 I guess everyone of us feeling the same sometimes and it is quite normal.
