These columns can bear 5 stories, The column design is over specified Its is not economical also design should make as per thickness of walls like 8x18 inch or 8x24 inch would be much better.

It will be much better if the bottom of plinthbeam atleast 3inches below ground level to avoid seepage of water into basement during heavy rain and the entry of rats through bottom of beam

I made a structural design of 3 storey domestic building as per IS code in my design column size is 230*230 with 16mm 4 baar and bindup it with 8 mm ties by calculation it can bear the load so it's right or not please comment
