Everything Dinma said is true.
1. I use the arm and hammer deo and dove spray interchangeably
2. I switched from using shaving sticks to using shaving cream
3. I use kojic Dan soap once a week and glycolic acid toner 4 days a week
4. I moisturize nightly with my regular body cream and a few drops of brightening serum nightly.
5. I thoroughly wash my underarms 2 times a day during bath time.
I have been doing this for the past 3 months and my armpits are the lightest they've been in a very long time. Consistency and patience is key.

That no-shaving tip is actually the truth. I stopped shaving my underarms months ago and that alone has helped reduce the hyperpigmentation in that area.

If you can’t wax, use hair remover creams. Don’t leave it on for too long and wash the area immediately after.

I can literally attest to the arm and hammer. Grabbed it randomly one day as a young college student (it was affordable) and i was using it daily and my underarms use to peel! They got soooo light. This was prior to me waxing too! Thanks for the great advice and information.

You absolutely nailed it nne. Those YouTube hacks don’t work. What has helped me is switching to aluminium-free/natural deodorant, stopped using shaving cream and some of the other things you recommended here. Thanks for doing this video

I can attest to the Arm and Hammer Essentials... I've been using this for a while now(and I'm watching this video and the very first time) and I've seen great difference difference.... I agree, it will make you perspire (I live in a Jamaica, in the tropics so it's warm here all year round too) but the perspiration is not that much. 😊
