6:15 That's actually a very good use-case that I hadn't considered yet. If the AI "order taker" has more access than just the names of products you could actually ask it a lot of helpful questions like "I'd like a low calorie meal", "I can't have dairy in my meal", "I would like a vegetarian meal", "I can't have too much salt", etc. and they would obviously be way quicker at it than a person because that's not something you get asked about a lot.
