at first I had the hardest time figuring out how she is able to do this but then I paid attention to how she's pulling herself into the Asian squat .. she's putting her weight primarily on the sides of her feet to pop herself up and into the Asian squat, because I'm telling you, it is absolutely impossible to keep your feet flat and pull your body weight up forward into the Asian squat position..
