Insta360 X4 vs Insta360 GO 3s: Which should you choose?

Should you get the Insta360 X4 or the Insta360 Go 3s? Two cameras from the same company but with very different capabilities.

In this video I compare the X4 and Go 3s to see what their capabilities are and the quality of their video. The X4 is a 360 camera with two lenses and has more video modes and ways of shooting, and the Go 3s is tiny, magnetic and can be mounted pretty much anywhere.

I'm always a fan of 360 vs traditional action cams (although it does appear that 360 is becoming more and more main stream)

I am looking for a good ski cam, initially I wanted to get the x4 since its more future proof and I really like the aspect that there is more info saved which in my eyes seems better. But battery life is a joke on these cameras, I'm used to having a full day of filming and switching out batteries as they run out. and you'd think these cameras can save to ssd at this point, but nope, its still sd card based ... just sound like too much for something that doesn't quite feel premium
