At very last I now understand what is going on between the scapula and the rib cage! Thank you for the clear explanation. One thing still preoccupies me: The three relevant bursae are shown on the slides in x-section, in a transverse plane. I would so much like to know what the may look like in a frontal plane(s) ? How far do they reach/spread vertically? Would appreciate any answer.
