We shouldn't take drugs like this to dull ourselves but rather we should be self-aware and at peace with the reality of our emotions, fears, etc. to truly be fully aware and discerning individuals.

Problem we have is that the people that are advancing this technology aren't really scientists, they're more like business executives. What's the tech slogan, "Move fast and break things."

These people don't have forethought. They just want to advance their technology and, " work out the kinks" or " ask for forgiveness " later. The problem is they don't see that that most likely won't be possible and they have the potential to take us all down with them.

Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.
