The fact that she says "equality of outcome" as though it's a positive thing that's inherently good for society, just goes to indicate that you're now permitted to disregard virtually anything she says regarding, or even loosely outlying the ballpark of this whole topic.

My daughter is a carpenter. She diligently works 10 hours a day and makes more money than the male coworker she is coupled with because he slinks out early and spends most of his day lollygagging on his phone. She said she is tired of carrying his lazy ass. My advice to her was... Dont worry about him, rather, continue to press for a higher wage. Now, I tell her, don't brag that you make ten dollars an hour more to him. It is working for her. She gets a bonus, a company vehicle, laptop and phone and is now being asked to be foreman. Her male coworker is mad at the company and her... but whose fault is that?
