Well at least you disassembled and clean the head before you resurfaced, that's better than some of the videos I've seen on the www

gota get a profilometer. it can look shiny and even feel smooth but be out of spec for when head gasket company calls for.

😂 so much is wrong. And why again are we using fly cutter? Instead of a drum cutter? Way too deep. Look at all the chattered surfaces... just not enough space to write failure that many times 😂
