PERSONAL POWER 2 someones summary: interrupt your wrong pattern, replace w something new, bad patterns are usually filling some need, find that out for yourself, but when correcting something associate something good(feeling) with it, maybe fav song etc or the time you felt strong and then do the thing.
Create realistic rules for yourself. That are inside your control.
Beliefs come from references. create a belief by experiences, and change that belief into a superconvinction.
Wrong ways to deal w emotions: avoidance/suppressing. Denial pretending its not that bad. A competition of who’s got it worse. 4... be curious and aware of them, see the signs it gives
Procrastinate procrastination. Think of what you are missing if you procrastinate. Don’t say you must, say you choose.
Create anchors when at the peak of that state, not while going up. Have several anchors (kuji). When pain or pleas, brain associates its Cause to: the unique thing that is happening at that moment simultaneously, and happens often. Often also how we learn to self-sabotage with something. Your Succes list. Be good at mastering emotions and minstate, find good reasons for yourself to do that.
