If there is a fog door in the boss fight entrance you have to go back to the shared grave bonfire and fight him till he falls from the path.

Im actualy suprised. My goal for today was to beat Midir. It's my second playthrought (if we're taking about dlc only) and i expected a lot of trys before i manage. Suprisingly, it took me 4 trys. Im glad, cuse im first playthrought it took me about 50 trys.
