Hardest Section in Every Chopin Etude (Op. 10, Op. 25)

Since I've had a bit more experience regarding Chopin's etudes since my last few videos, I thought it would be fun to share some moments in each that I found harder than the rest. Keep in mind I didn't play EVERY etude, but I did at least try out the ones I didn't play so I can make a somewhat valid opinion. This was pretty difficult in some etudes with a relatively consistent difficulty, so keep in mind all of this is highly subjective! I encourage friendly debates in the comments :)

I literally worked on that section of the 10/1 for 3 years before I finally got it.

Also, the middle section of op.25 no.5 is way easier than it looks. The recapitulation is very tricky, I find it to be the hardest section by far

10/12 most difficult passage is g sharp minor

I am now working on the 10/1 and that section is just sooo uncomfortable, even played very slowly

I would say that in Op.10 no.4, the section little after that one that you have put is a little harder, but great vid tho

The introduction to op 25 no 7??? The scale part is probably harder?

i don't think 1:10 is the hardest part of the 5th etude but anyways great video🙌

The Op.25 No.3 is relatable to me. That single part is difficult to execute clearly or fully

For me, the hardest part of op. 10 no. 4 is the arpeggio going up and down at the very end. By itself it isn't awful, but after the whole etude it's just terrible.

Hardest section of 25 non12 has to be right before the final section in C major with very awkward hand placements, especially the C minor - C major 2 chords
