One of the most common question newer developers have is what it takes to be considered Junior, Senior or mid-level. In my opinion, this is a tough question. If you asked 10 different developers this questions you'd probably get 10 different answers.

I hear you. However, companies want to know and will distinguish between jr, sr, etc. Most requirements out there are for seniors, and there is a difference.
