Can you AFK a Jad Pet? (0 Effort Fight Caves)

The fight caves used to be RuneScape's most difficult PVM challenge, but today, can you AFK it without any effort at all?

Yes, this is actual Old School Runescape! A Re-boot of a 2007 save file of the game, released in February of 2013. We all started fresh, and the game has been getting weekly updates with a dedicated dev team ever since.

You can AFK through the entire cave with nothing but blood barrage in mage gear and a crystal shield. Costs like 3.5m per run though

You are supposed to use feng with this strat... It hits like a truck and requires zero food since you heal so much more.

Man, I remember before EOC you could AFK fightcaves with polyspore staff and ganodermic armor. The armor had a ridiculously high mage defence so you could pray range the entire time without prayer switching and kill jad with ease. I got like 5 firecapes that way.

Have you tried crystal halberd on walk instead? you won't get hit by melee from the magers

Dabe actually made a video on this topic, he was one of the ones who really popularized AFKing Sarachnis.
One of the methods he used for the fight caves, albeit more expensive, was using onyx bolts(e)
It's basically the ranged version of using the blood fury since the special heals you, and iirc it worked pretty well, but like i said earlier, it's really expensive.

im ashamed that it took you less time to afk the cave than it took me to full sweat tryhard the cave when i first got my cape ☠️

I did this and never had to eat using fang and dfs and never had to bring range or brews. You don't need brews and fang shreads through defense. Slayer helm you wont be able to afk because you'll lose the set effect of Justiciar. I completed with fang and dfs afk outside of siping restores after 360't appear. I got 37 minute kill time afk until jad outside of restore/cb pot sips.

Would it be possible to use a crystal hally for 360s+ with blood fury? Don't have to worry about being meleed by 360s then
