its widely known for big players shooting underhand increases their % but players see it as embarrassing so most wont do it

Granny shot is actually the best free throw form tbh. More control, and consistency overall.

You'd think that on a troll-infested channel like this, he'd be made fun of, but nearly every comment you see is praising him. So with that being said, what is this "embarrassment" these players have to fear now about granny style shooting? I understand in Shaq's era and before it was all macho and he'd be laughed at, but today's generation of fans are sick of seeing Hack-A-Shaq and their favorite big men sit out the 4th quarter. Nor do they want the rules to be changed either, what they want is for these guys to make their damn free throws by any means necessary.

In conclusion, there's no "embarrassment" from granny style that big men should be paranoid about, especially if more and more guys do it. Using "normal form" to airball free throws and getting hacked in the 4th because you can't make free throws are the embarrassment they should be worried about.
