How to Use CapCut Video Editor

CapCut Video Editor is a free all-in-one video editor for your phone and it makes video editor super easy.

CapCut has an app for iPhones and for Android phones.

With CapCut, you can make simple edits with cuts and transitions to more advanced edits like speed changes, the use of text and stickers, effects, and more.

I’ll show you exactly how to get started with the CapCut video editor. We’ll go from opening the app for the first time to sharing our very first video in ten easy-to-follow steps.

After downloading the app, follow these steps to create your first video with CapCut.

Step 1: Create New Project
(I’ll show you the shortcut option at the end that will create super high-end videos automatically)

Step 2: Select your video clips or select stock video

Step 3: Make any edits to each clip and change clip order and crop a clip.

Step 4: Edit audio, add music, or VoiceOver.

Step 5: Add text

Step 6: Add stickers, effects, and filters.

Step 7: Change the format

Step 8: Adjust color and brightness

Step 9: Export

Step 10: Share
