hi! id like to know why is letrozole recommended or not during stims? i had most recruited with 4 days of letro 2.5mg added to 300 fsh and 150 lh instead of pure 150 puregon and 150 meriofert

Hi Dr. Victory, I have history of stage 4 endo and tubal ligation. I have history of 2 failed transfers ( 1 with OE and most recently 1 with DE) embryos are normal, pgt-a tested. My doctor is not concerned about the endo but after 2 failed implantation with normal embryos (grade 4AA) I am concerned and afraid to move forward with another transfer. She doesn’t know why it didn’t work because my lining and everything looked good. The only thing concerning was that I developed fluid from the estrogen but it had cleared up before transfer. I was about to do ERA, Emma and Alice test until watching your show. For my last transfer I used bcp, estrogen and progesterone (pio and suppositories) this time she thinks we can go back to the “old school” protocol using Lupron. Please give me your input as I am lost
